1. What is a Video Appointment?

We want to make video appointments easy for you. During a video appointment with Classy Closets one of our professional designers will meet with you through a video phone call, either through a camera-equipped computer or your handheld mobile device. It’s easy! Our designers can meet via Facetime (iPhone), Facebook messenger video (app on phone or computer login), Skype, Google Hangouts, or whatever app is best for you. When setting a meeting with our scheduling office, be sure to tell them how you would like us to call you. Our designers will make it as easy as possible and are happy to work on whatever platform works best for you! 

2. How to Make an Appointment?

You can schedule a video appointment the same way you schedule any appointment! Once we receive your appointment request, we will get back with you shortly and ask you what type of appointment (in-home, video or email) you’d prefer. Once we’ve established what type of appointment you want, your designer will contact you to immediately to set up your appointment.
